At Regno Styles, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:

  • The wrong product was sent by the merchant.

  • The product received is defective or not functioning as described.

  • The product was damaged during shipping.

  • The product appears to have been tampered with prior to delivery.

Refund Process

  • All approved refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment used at the time of purchase (e.g., debit/credit card).

  • Refunds are processed within 10 to 45 days, depending on your credit card issuing bank’s policies.

  • You will be notified via email once the refund has been initiated.

Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Customers must notify us before sending back any item to ensure eligibility.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition.

  • Shipping costs for returns (except for defective/wrong/damaged items) are to be borne by the customer.

  • Cancellation of orders can be made within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the item has not yet been shipped.
